alarm. All units held except for Engine 2. Units
found pull box pulled. Confirmed false alarm and all
units returned in service. |

Dispatched to a car fire near the structure.
Assistant 2 arrived on scene with a car on fire. Engine 2
and Truck 3 continued in. Fire extinguished by
crews. |

- Dispatched to a possible structure fire. Ross/West
View EMS 402 arrived on scene and gave an initial
size up. 297 Truck arrived on scene with the Chief
and laid in. Upon arrival flames showing from the
first floor windows. 297 Truck and Engine 1 crews
entered structure and contained fire to the first
floor. 253 and 249 were also dispatched for this
call. 297 Engine 2 crews, 253, and 249 crews
assisted in overhaul. |

- Dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in front of
the residence, with reported entrapment. 297
Assistant 1 arrived on scene with EMS. One
individual reported unconscious but no entrapment.
Engine 1 crew aided EMS and also performed
containment. |
| Date: 1/15/07 - Ross Maintenance
Garage - 297 units dispatched with Ross Units
for an automatic fire alarm at the Ross Maintenance
Garage on Cemetery Lane. First unit on scene
reported maintenance set of the alarm while
performing maintenance to the system. All units held
on station. |
| Date: 1/21/07 - 99 Martsolf Ave. -
Dispatched to a possible residential structure fire.
Assistant 1 arrived on scene with P.D. reporting
nothing showing. P.D. reported the furnace was
making a strange noise. Engine 1 crew investigated
finding a bad furnace motor. Furnace shut off until
residence had it repaired. |
| Date: 1/25/07 - 102 Frankfort Ave.
- Dispatched to a residential structure fire. Chief
297 and Assistant 1 arrived on scene with a stove on
fire. Engine1 arrived on scene and contained fire to
stove only. Engine 2 crew checked for extension and
assisted with ventilation. |
| Date: 1/25/07 - 153 Schwitter Ave.
- Dispatched to an automatic fire alarm called in by
a resident. 297 Engine 2 arrived on scene and
investigated with Truck 3 crew. Crews found a faulty
detector and attempted to reset alarm system. System
could not be reset and was taken out of service
until morning. Scene turned over to management. |
